1How do I book in?
You can book your sessions via our branded Studio 2158 app or by calling us directly at 8001 6677.
2Where are you located?
You’ll find us at 895 Old Northern Road, Dural 2158, inside the Dural Squash building.
3How long do sessions go for?
Each session runs for approximately 50–55 minutes.
4Do I need to book an Initial Consultation before joining?
• Yes, an Initial Consultation is required for all equipment-based sessions, followed by a private session to go over your personalised program. • No, an Initial Consultation is not required for Matwork classes.
5How much does it cost to get started?
Pricing varies depending on the service you choose. All current rates are listed on our branded app and website.
6Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is plentiful and easy parking available. Studio 2158 shares a car park with Dural Squash.
7How do I enter the studio, and is it on ground level?
Yes, Studio 2158 is on the ground level. Take the path to the right-hand side of the Dural Squash building. You’ll see our separate entrance and signage above the door.
8Does Studio 2158 offer memberships?
Yes, we offer packs and memberships to suit different needs and commitment levels.
9What age and fitness level do I need to be?
We welcome all ages and fitness levels. Studio 2158 specialises in personalised programs and rehabilitation Pilates to enhance your everyday life.
10Who runs the Pilates sessions, and how qualified are they?
Our sessions are led by industry-leading professionals, including Pilates education mentors, Physiotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists.
11What method of Pilates is taught at Studio 2158?
Most of our teaching follows the Polestar Pilates method, known for its science-backed approach and global certification standards.
12When are your semi-private Pilates sessions held?
Semi-private sessions run Monday through Friday. You can view the full timetable on our branded app or website.
13When are Matwork classes available?
Matwork classes currently run on Fridays at 9:00 AM. Due to growing demand, new class times will be launching soon.
14What should I bring to my Pilates session?
Please bring: • Comfortable workout clothes • Socks or Pilates grip socks • A towel • A water bottle
15Do I need to be flexible to start Pilates?
Not at all. Flexibility is one of the many benefits of practicing Pilates. Let our expert team guide you safely toward improved mobility.
